3. User Accounts and Access
To use our Service, you must:
- Be an authorized employee or representative of an organization with a valid subscription
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Severability
